Michelle Ingram - Fuel Billing Coordinator

Michelle Ingram – Fuel Billing Coordinator

Michelle joined the Kim’s team in April of 2012 as a cashier at Kim’s #5, located on Highway 19 just north of Palestine. During her time at Kim’s #5, Michelle used her knowledge of Business Management and Computers to provide structure and a great guest experience.

Based on her knowledge and understanding of the daily operations within a Kim’s location, Michelle was offered a position as an Auditor in the Kim’s Corporate Office. Her duties as an auditor were to provide support to the Store Managers and monitor the daily paperwork for each location.

As an Auditor, Michelle learned more about what it takes to keep Kim’s running from behind the scenes. This led to her training other auditors and providing them support with their daily duties. As she developed those auditors, Michelle assumed a new role as our Fuel Billing Coordinator, working for our sister company, Cole Distributing.

Having been with us for the past 10 years, Michelle says that she is “Quite blessed” to say she has had the opportunity to grow with Kim’s.

Victoria Neal - District Manager

Victoria Neal – Pricebook Manager

Victoria began her career at Kim’s in September of 2015. Hired on as a cashier in Eustace, Victoria quickly climbed the ranks and began training as an Assistant Manager within her first year. It wasn’t too long after being promoted to Assistant Manager, Victoria began showing interest in becoming a Store Manager. By completing her training and exhibiting her ability to lead, Victoria was promoted to Store Manager.

As a Store Manager, Victoria was able to build strong teams in both Eustace and Athens by creating a fun and structured work environment. This type of leadership led to Victoria being promoted to District Manager in 2021. She currently oversees five locations in the Palestine market.

Words of Wisdom from Victoria: “I have always been a firm believer that hard work and dedication to a job can lead to great things. I love where I’m at and I have a passion for helping others reach their goals.”

Michaela Ashley - Price Book Manager

Michaela Ashley – Marketing Administrator

Michaela joined the Kim’s team at our Frankston location in 2016. She began her career as a cashier and quickly worked her way up to becoming an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, Michaela worked closely with the Store Manager to learn about day-to-day store operations which included inventory, scheduling, training, and supervising employees.

Showing that she had a great understanding of the day-to-day operations and the inventory systems led to Michaela being offered the position of Price Book Manager at the Kim’s Corporate Office in Palestine, TX. In 2018 Michaela accepted the position and has been working closely with Store Managers to implement monthly promotions, communicate pricing and ensure vendor policies and procedures are followed.
